2004-06 Ibanez Gio
This Ibanez Gio has been almost totally stripped out and reconfigured for some serious bottom end chuggin. GFS Pearloid covered humbucker at the neck and GFS pearloid covered single coil at the bridge position. Sandwiched in between is a GFS Lil Killer rail humbucker that is currently not wired the controls, The finish on this guitar is still really glossy clean, one small radial scratch near the bridge and a couple other very fine scratches totally undetectable from more than a five or so feet away. This is a really fun guitar to play and almost feels like a baritone guitar at times, Screw holes from the former bridge system still visible. We put it through a distortion pedals and a vintage stereo chorus pedal for some really cool wobbly low end tones. The tremolo system has been totally stripped and replaced with a Wilkinson-compensated wrap-around bridge. Also the neck is missing a couple neck pocket screws that will be replaced before sale of the instrument.
